How alerts work
Site goes down
PingGuard detects a timeout, connection error, or 5xx server error.
You get alerted immediately
You receive an email notification with the error details. Pro users also get Slack, Discord, Telegram, or webhook alerts.
You fix the issue
The alert includes the URL and error message so you know exactly what's wrong.
Recovery notification
Once your site responds normally again, you get a "back up" notification. The incident is logged with duration.
